Personality: Erts is a very gentle, pleasant, and calm person who dislikes fighting; however, you would never know it because
of his high GOA rating and introverted nature. After meeting Zero he starts to lose his "I'll just crawl up into a little ball and let the world go by" attitude and opens up a bit. Still, the only person he lets truly get close to him is Zero.
Other Random Info/Opinions So...if Erts really dislikes fighting, then why did he join GOA?? Well, he didn't have a choice. His foster parents FORCED the poor boy to go into GOA. It seems that maybe they, and others, are freaked out about Erts's EX ability, which may explain why he became such an isolationist in the first place. However, after he meets Zero (Zero...the miracle worker) and after his brother, Ernest, dies he becomes more comfortable with the idea of fighting. Oh, and the character profiles on the manga say that Erts is Zero's closest friend...just thought you might like to know!
