So, what's a fanlisting?
From AnimeFanlistings.org: "A fanlisting is a web clique that lists fans of a particular subject. Unlike most web cliques, a person does not need a website in order to join. Fans from around the world submit their information to their approved fanlisting and they are then listed to show their love for the subject."

Why the name "Motivation"?
I chose "Motivation" because Zero and Erts seem to always motivate each other to do better. See, at first Erts didn't really want to become a pilot because of his aversion to fighting, but after a little pre-congnition episode featuring Future Pilot!Zero, Erts decided he had to get over his fear because he wanted to be with Zero. His primary reason for accepting his position as a pilot was because he knew Zero would eventually become one too.

Zero, on the other hand, insisted that he get paired up with Erts in training, and when Erts got promoted, Zero told him that he'd catch up with him soon. Sure, Zero has always been determined to be a pilot, but Erts has given him an extra reason to work hard at his goal. Zero wants to show Erts he can really make it.

Why join?
